Shipping policy

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, total weight of your order and location.

Shipping Timeframes:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping and only deliver within Australia at this current time.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to PO Boxes addresses. Some items may have shipping restrictions based on local laws.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. If your package is lost, please reach out to us so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
