No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any of our prints. All sales are final. Due to the unique variety of all our prints and manufacturing charges, refunds aren't something we can provide although we will provide replacements for damaged prints.

Replacement for Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement. To qualify for a replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspection: Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately.
  2. Notification: If your product is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service.
  3. Evidence: Provide clear photographs of the damaged item, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  4. Return Process: Once we verify the damage, we will guide you through the process for returning the damaged product and issuing a replacement.

Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging when applicable.
  • We reserve the right to deny a replacement if the damage is deemed to be caused by misuse or neglect.
  • Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost to you.
